Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ouvrage.co and your purchase of the laptop tray print file. Please read them before buying.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Ouvrage, a sole trader. You can reach us at [email protected], and we answer every message sent there.
Who sells you the product
Payment is not taken by Ouvrage. Checkout is operated by an authorised reseller acting as the seller of record. That reseller is the merchant on your card statement, issues your invoice, charges any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country, and is the party you contract with for the purchase itself. Its own buyer terms and refund policy are shown to you at checkout and govern the sale.
Ouvrage produces and delivers the file. These terms cover the product and this website; the reseller's terms cover the transaction.
What you are buying
Digital files — 3MF print files for a wall-mounted laptop tray, generated to the measurements you enter. There is no physical shipment. You need your own 3D printer, or access to one, to use them.
Every order includes three versions of your tray, at 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm clearance, so you can print the fit that suits your machine and your filament. The number of separate pieces in each depends on the print-bed size you select, so that every piece fits your printer.
What you may do with it
You may print the file as many times as you like, for yourself or for someone else, including printing it for a customer as a service. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the file itself, or a file derived from it, whether free or paid.
Measurements are yours to get right
The tray is generated from the dimensions you enter. If those dimensions are wrong, the printed tray will not fit your laptop, and that is not a fault in the file. Measure your machine before ordering — the configurator shows you the resulting fit before you buy.
The three clearances included with every order exist to absorb the ordinary variation between printers and filaments. If something is genuinely wrong with what we delivered, see our refund policy.
What we do not promise
The tray is designed for the static load of one or two laptops. It is not certified for any particular weight, and we cannot control your printer, your material, your print settings or how you mount it — all of which affect the strength of the finished part more than the design does. Mount it sensibly, and do not put anything below it that you would mind dropping something onto.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Availability
This is a small operation. We may change the price, change the product, or stop selling it. Files you have already bought remain yours under the licence above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of your own country of residence.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
