Refunds

Every order comes with three versions of your tray — 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm clearance — so you can print the fit that works best on your machine and your filament without having to come back to us. Because a file can't be handed back once it has been downloaded, we don't refund for change of mind. If your file turns up broken, though, we'd genuinely like to know: send it to [email protected] and we'll investigate. If it really was broken, we'll make it right — and that can include a refund.
